Job Description:
As a Business Developer / Growth Hacker, you will play a key role in our growth strategy. You will work closely with the founder and the team to develop and implement innovative business and digital marketing strategies.
Your Main Tasks:
- Growth Hacking: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to increase our customer and partner base.
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients and partners, establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market studies and identify development opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Design and implement impactful digital marketing campaigns, optimize our presence on social media and other digital channels.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to integrate customer feedback and improve our solutions.
- Company Representation: Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to represent HIGO TECHS.
Candidate Profile:
- Student in business school, digital marketing, business engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in new technologies, digital marketing, and the health sector.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in digital tools, growth hacking techniques, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of the LGBTQ+ and/or health ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
